Course Booking and Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

If you cancel your booking 7 full days or more before the start date of the course, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your booking within 7 days of the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. To cancel a booking, please send an email to booking@simsdental.co.uk or call the number provided on our Contact Us page. All cancellations must be made in writing or confirmed over the phone.

Payment Terms

100% of the payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments must be made through the secure payment options available on our website.

Failure to complete the payment process will result in cancellation of your course booking.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

SIMS Dental Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
